River Green launched on 2 August 2025 and, by 6pm on 3 August, 460 of its 524 units were taken up at an average of about $3,130 psf, according to Wing Tai and EdgeProp. Around 98% of launch-weekend buyers were Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
The 2-bedroom (527 sq ft) and 4-bedroom homes are now fully sold. The units still available are mostly 1-bedroom layouts, with a very small number of 2- and 3-bedroom homes. Availability changes quickly, so message us for the latest.
